speaking of the hunger games, in the beginning, Katniss went to the market to pay food

in the capital is more colourful than the district 12  to show that the capital has more food and clothes better shatter then district12 but district12 has dirty clothing and the capital has clean clothing the capital has lot of colour but district12 has only white and blue
